Approved pieces, including hybrid requests, are made available through private acquisition, with a personalized purchase invitation issued to complete your order.

By submitting this bespoke order request, you acknowledge and agree that all RGAÉL™ designs — including patented clasp mechanisms, proprietary settings, structural configurations, design architecture, trade dress, and related innovations — are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of RGAÉL™.

The purchase of a custom, bespoke, or made-to-order piece does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights, ownership interest, license, or authorization to reproduce, modify, adapt, replicate, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any RGAÉL™ design or patented feature.

Any concepts, sketches, specifications, or design suggestions submitted in connection with a custom order shall not transfer ownership of any resulting design. All resulting designs, modifications, improvements, and adaptations created by RGAÉL™ remain the sole and exclusive property of RGAÉL™.

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, reverse engineering, or commercial use may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property laws and may be subject to enforcement.
